We Do We produce specialist cold-forged components to customer's own design. Using the process of cold-forging, we form the component as near to net shape as physically possible from wire or rod. Detail that cannot be forged is then processed using one or a series of secondary operations:  Form rolling profiles
(including external threads) Bending Clipping Drilling (cross &
end) Form Rolling profiles
(including external threads) Machining Re-forging Tapping (cutting or
forming of external or internal threads) Further operations can be carried out to acquire the desired component, such as:- Heat Treatments Plating Patching Assembly Projection Welding |
