TOOLING ENGINEER

A vacany has arisen for a Tooling Engineer reporting to the Toolroom Manager.

Applicants should have the ability to design tool kits for single and multi die heading machines, plus threadroll and secondary operations. Auto-Cad is Company standard.

The successful candidate would be expected to commission new tool kits, liaise with the Toolroom and Production departments to ensure the smooth introduction of new programs and have a general hands-on approach.

Qualifications required are HNC/ONC in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent and knowledge of automotive industry operating practices.

The position will be core time hours:
Mon-Thur 0800-1630 and Fri 0800-1300

COLD FORMING SETTER

A challenging position for someone looking for job satisfaction. Candidates should have experience with setting single and multi die cold heading machines.

TRAINEE COLD FORMING SETTER

Ideal for individuals with sound basic engineering workshop or automobile servicing skills. Full training will be given.

These positions are double day shift:
Mon-Fri 0600-1400hrs / Mon-Thur 1345-2200 and Fri 1330-2030hrs
