Our customer had a design and assembly problem, they approached BCF and we designed a robust process that is accurate, repeatable and fast ! 

BCF designed and built the jigs & fixtures to hold the shaft component while applying 60Nm to the nut, without causing shaft damage. We also built a spring loaded / deflection measuring system and we now ship several thousand components each week to our customer. Our customer no longer has to purchase 5 different components and then worry about an assembly headache.
